Yoga for Golfers is a unique mind/body approach to golf fitness.

Golfers are constantly challenged by requirements placed on the body and mind.

Yoga for Golfers teaches the necessary tools to enhance your golf performance
physically and mentally.


Through the practice of Yoga, golfers will experience:
   
    Improved Strength and Flexibility
    Enhanced Breathing Awareness
A Quieter Mind

    Improved Overall Fitness
    Increased Sense of Balance
    Better Posture
    Less Pain and Injury


Yoga for Golfers
classes are presented in a variety of formats and we are open to accommodating your specific needs.


Sessions may include:
                Private Lessons
                Twosomes, Threesomes and Foursomes   
                Weekly classes at the Clubhouse   
                First Tee Stretching Sequence
                Post-Round Restorative Sequence
                Corporate, Conference or Retreat Classes


Classes can range from fifteen minute warm-up sessions to 2 hour workshops.

Fees:

Private Sessions - $75 per hour
Twosomes - $80 (split by 2)
Threesomes - $90 (split by 3)
Foursomes - $100 (split by 4)
Large Group Classes - $10 per person, minimum required = 10
First Tee Stretches - $5 per person, per 15-30 minute session, minimum = 5
               
Workshops are generally in the range of $75 - $125 per person, minimum = 5
